About the Role: A boutique retirement planning practice in the West Springfield area is growing from a single-producer firm into a multi-advisor team and is adding an advisor who enjoys meeting new clients, educating them, and earning their business. Leads come in steadily through seminars, referrals, and marketing, so this person spends their time in front of prospects and clients. What This Person DoesMeets with prospects generated by the firm's seminars, referrals, and marketing Runs the full sales cycle, from the first conversation through planning, implementation, and onboarding Recommends retirement income solutions, primarily fixed index annuities, along with some AUM-based planning Builds long-term client relationships with an education-first approach Works closely with a small, close-knit team during a growth phase CompensationCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission First-year total compensation targeted around $125-$150K, increasing from there
Requirements:
  • Series 65 State life insurance license (can be obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
  • Sales or client-facing experience in financial services
  • Comfortable leading prospect meetings and closing business
  • Based in or willing to commute to the West Springfield, MA area
