About the role

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services across assigned accounts, providing mentorship to DORs and ensuring high-quality care. The role includes direct patient care responsibilities and overseeing ethical, compliant service delivery. The Sr. DOR will manage budgets, assist COAD in contracting and staff management, and uphold the organization’s standards, processes, and patient-first mission across multiple care settings.
