About the Role: The Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time) plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and professional front desk operations during weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Prior experience in a healthcare, corporate, or hospitality environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area's organization. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries during weekend hours. Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Provide information and support to clients and staff as needed. Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring visitor access.
