As an engineering, procurement, and construction company we pride ourselves in managing the entire solar process for our customers from first greetings to completed installation.The Field Marketing Manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the lead generation force in assigned territory. Leading all field marketing efforts, the Manager is responsible for the overall success and growth of their teams.Responsibilities:Teach, train, and develop.Develop and implement plans that grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.Create or refine systems to support objectives.Identify strategies to guide new rep success.Develop and implement manpower growth plan that supports team goals.Manage team to KPIs and objectives.Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.Work in collaboration across the organization.Local travel as necessary.What you have:2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience.Leadership experience with a passion for coaching training, and motivating others.Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.A professional presence.Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.Experience growing and scaling teams.Understanding of recruiting best practices.Momentum Solar is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
