Day Porter
Pay Rate:
$20-21/HR on W2 Hours: 5:30am – 2:30pm | M-F Location: 1246 Airport Road, Sevierville TN
What You'll Do:
Maintain cleanliness of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and shared areas. This includes cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the professional appearance of the designated area.
Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are stocked.
Respond to employee desk and office lockouts and manages replacement keys.
Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety.
Complete general labor work as assigned. This includes office furniture repairs, replacing ceiling and carpet tile, and ad hoc requests.
Assist internal employees with office space relocation by delivering and collecting packing supplies.
Help maintenance staff, engineers, and company vendors with special projects as needed. Review work upon completion of a project to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Years of Experience:
at least 2 years of experience Education: GED or HS diploma Software skills: Basic Computer Functions
