About the role
NexGen, the self-perform arm of Gray Construction, is seeking two interns for Summer 2027 across the Concrete, Steel, MEP, Safety and In-Plant Services divisions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to industrial construction, maintenance, and operations in office and field environments.
You will support safety management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project coordination while learning to work with project teams, collect data, and contribute to cost tracking and reporting.
