Member Service SpecialistYour role as a part-time MSS: You will be responsible for conducting a variety of paying and receiving transactions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers check, and reconciling daily transactions to ensure the accuracy of cash and check totals. In the MSS role, you are constantly adapting to different member needs and showing up with an optimistic attitude. We truly value our members, so the ability to provide comprehensive member services such as opening and closing accounts, answering member inquiries regarding the range of services we provide, and performing account maintenance all help to ensure stellar member 're excited to welcome dynamic individuals to our team who are ready to learn and grow with us.
