What Youll DoProvide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting What Were Looking ForCurrent Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus) Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field Valid drivers license + reliable transportation Heart for serving seniors and local families
