About the role
Mind & Mobility seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care for Medicare Part B patients in the Naples area. You will evaluate patients at home and design personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence.
As an independent contractor, you’ll educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and coordinate with the care team, maintaining a flexible schedule and compliant documentation.
