Vanguard seeks a senior leader to guide a multidisciplinary data science team delivering diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI capabilities for the Advice and Wealth Management business. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from problem framing to deployment within a governance framework. You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical engagement, collaborating with product, risk and compliance to drive business value.
