Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Job RoleThe Director of Program Management serves as a driver of strategic priorities to the CEO and Leadership Team, combining executive advisory responsibilities with program management leadership. This role translates leadership vision/priorities into execution, drives enterprise initiatives, identifies barriers and ensures alignment across leadership, operations, clinical, finance, product and technology leaders and functions.Responsibilities:Strategic Execution & Enterprise Project Management LeadershipPartner with CEO, CFO and Head of Product to define and operationalize strategic prioritiesDesign & implement a system to track key initiatives, milestones, and KPIs, create clarity and ensure accountability across leadershipDrive cross-functional programs (growth, clinical operations, tech, and finance)Executive Advisory & Decision SupportServe as trusted thought partner to CEO and executive teamPrepare board, investor, and executive meeting agendas and other materials as requestedConduct analysis to inform critical strategic decisionsIdentify & communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and dependenciesOperational Excellence & Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvementsStandardize project management frameworks and reportingDrive organizational discipline and follow-throughReduce friction and remove barriers to execution of leadership vision/prioritiesCommunication & AlignmentEnsure consistent messaging across departments and alignment on prioritiesFacilitate leadership meetings and action trackingProvide structured updates on key initiativesBoard, Investor, and External InterfaceCoordinate board materials and executive updatesRepresent CEO in meetings when appropriateRequirements:5-7 years experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or PMO leadershipBachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.Strong project/program management skills translating priorities into executionAbility to operate across multiple functions simultaneously and manage multiple work streams at onceAbility to translate ambiguity into clear, measurable paths.Analytical thinking and comfort breaking down ambiguous problems and forming independent perspectivesExecutive presence and communication skills with the ability to align, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levelsHealthcare or managed care experience preferredExperience working with senior leadership teamsWhat Sets You Apart:Curious and driven.
