About the role

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Topeka, Kansas. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior. No experience? Paid training is provided. We offer part-time hours with flexibility, same-day pay features, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs and clinical team support.
