Job Summary: We take on the biggest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA. We’re seeking an exceptional grade checker who can confidently guide LB3 iron in building successful projects. If you love earthmoving, are tired of dealing with old equipment, have a positive attitude, and love making an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you. You're Good AtReading plans, cut / fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects. Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs. Using the latest GPS technology such as rovers etc. to check grade efficiently. Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings. Communicating with others including operators and managers. Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).We're Good AtProviding you with a fleet of modern equipment and the latest technology. Consistently building the biggest earthmoving projects in town. Getting our team home to their families every night. Investing in our people and training them to improve at work and in life overall.
