Salary: $82,000–$100,000/year
Schedule: Flexible; may require adjusted hours on some days Position Overview We are seeking ahands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Managerto lead meltblown manufacturing operations. This position will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuringsafety, quality, efficiency, and production targetsare consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, proven production leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production floor employees, includingoperators, technicians, and support staff. Overseemeltblown line operations, including setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination. Driveproduction efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve output and product quality. Ensure compliance withsafety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Manageproduction reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking. Train, mentor, and develop production team members. Monitor production performance and address issues affectingsafety, quality, efficiency, or output. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineeringteams to resolve production issues. Identify and implementprocess improvementsto increase productivity and operational performance. Maintain asafe, organized, and accountable production environment.
Qualifications & Requirements: Strong hands-on experience inmanufacturing/productionis essential. 1–5+ yearsof experience supervising or managing production teams. Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experiencehighly preferred. Strong technical understanding ofmanufacturing processes and production equipment. Experience withproduction line setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in afast-paced manufacturing environment. Strongleadership, communication, and team-development skills. Ability to prioritizeproduction, safety, quality, and operational requirements. Must be comfortable workinghands-on on the production floor. U.S. citizenship required.
