About the role

Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks a Manager, Process Engineering to lead the SPARC Assembly process engineering team onsite in Devens. You will develop and release engineering work instructions, set group objectives, and drive efficiency across hundreds of planning tasks while partnering with design and field teams to ensure manufacturability. The role requires 7+ years of mechanical engineering with project ownership, 2+ years of team leadership, and strong CAD (Siemens NX) skills.
