1723 FLSA Status: Non Exempt Pay Range: $20-$23 Salary is based on experience, skills, and education This position is 100% onsiteThe Marvin Group is a Strategic Partner for Global Alternate Mission Equipment and SustainmentThe Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from facilities safely and on time per route and schedule providedRESPONSIBILITIESPick up passengers and transport them from stop to stop (3 total stops in route) Maintain route scheduleAlways maintain a friendly and helpful demeanorAlways follow all traffic regulationsPerform visual inspection on shuttle van. (Interior and exterior) Report any findings during inspection and/or during shiftFollows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety proceduresPerforms other duties assigned as required by the businessSKILLS / REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1 year experience required in Intercompany shuttle experienceMust be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, pay attention to detail, neat in appearance and have a basic safety knowledgeFollow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisorExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer serviceMaintain awareness and understanding of documents published in the BMS Library, with specific competency of general as well as related field documentsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent customer servicePhysically able to drive for long period of timeMust be authorized to work in the USAMust be able to speak / write EnglishPhysical requirements consist of standing, walking, and sitting. May be required to work overtimeMust be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbsThis position must meet export control compliance requirementsAll applicants must be "U.S. persons" within the meaning of ITAR, as defined: a U.S. Citizen, a lawful permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee
