About the role

Art DirectorAs part of the Creative team, the Art Director is responsible for concepting, designing, and executing high-quality creative solutions for Harvest Group's clients. This role partners closely with designers, copywriters, and client teams—locally, remotely, and overseas—to deliver compelling, commerce-driven marketing materials across retail and digital channels. The Art Director plays a highly hands-on role in creative execution, contributing to creative problem-solving while ensuring work aligns with established creative direction, brand standards, and retailer requirements. This role is based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.Responsibilities:Concept, design, and execute creative assets that align with brand strategy, shopper marketing best practices, and retailer standards.Collaborate closely with members of the Creative team to interpret creative direction and translate it into effective, high-quality deliverables.Partner with designers, copywriters, and client teams to deliver work that meets creative, brand, and business objectives.Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.Adapt established branding and concepts across in-store and digital channels, including media, product display pages, signage, and display renders.Execute design within retailer-specific templates and guidelines, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback and ensuring final deliverables meet quality and consistency standards.Stay current on creative, retail, and digital trends, tools, and best practices, including the thoughtful use of AI in design workflows.Requirements:6–8+ years of experience in the marketing or creative industry, with a strong focus on shopper and digital marketing.Proven experience concepting and executing creative across retail and digital channels.Strong understanding and application of creative strategy and brand standards.Deep retailer knowledge and experience, particularly Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Kroger.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently while keeping key stakeholders informed.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and comfort incorporating AI tools into design processes.Our heart at Harvest is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, authenticity, mutual respect, professionalism, and growth.
