About the role
Seeking a Forward Deployed Product Design Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the transformation of complex product opportunities into coherent, buildable experiences while collaborating directly with client leaders, users, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of complex digital products, ensuring alignment with client needs and user experiences
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to create sophisticated coded prototypes and facilitate decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation, design QA, and iteration of product designsRequired qualifications: Significant experience in designing and delivering complex digital products, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments
Strong foundations in product design, interaction design, and information architecture
Proficiency in Figma and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript for creating coded prototypes
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear product models and workflows
Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams throughout the implementation process
