Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Director of Learning & Operational Enablement to lead learning across multiple locations in the Tampa area, with extensive travel to other sites. You will build scalable training programs, drive adoption of initiatives, and improve business performance through effective learning systems and support resources.
The role requires 7+ years in Learning & Development or related fields, strong instructional design, LMS expertise, and proved leadership capabilities.
