About the role
Data-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time Performance Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, support email marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics to drive leads and revenue in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
Build and deploy email campaigns while supporting audience segmentation and campaign tracking
Analyze cross-channel performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing outcomes
Required qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience
Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly in Google Ads
Experience building and deploying email campaigns within an email service provider or marketing automation platform
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics
