About the role

Danone North America is seeking a Sr Manager Process Engineer to lead process design, scale-up, validation, and commercialization across dairy, plant-based, and related platforms. You will drive safe, cost-effective, scalable solutions while guiding R&I, Operations, Quality & Food Safety, Engineering, and suppliers. You will employ expertise in hygienic design and data-driven improvements, mentor teams, and influence senior leadership, with travel of 40–50% and a hybrid work model.
