About the role

Communities In Schools of Chicago is seeking a Director of Corporate and Individual Giving to lead the fundraising strategy for major gifts and donor partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of 50–75 donors; cultivate, solicit, and close gifts, and supervise a growing team reporting to the Chief Development Officer. You'll collaborate with the CEO, board, and volunteers to expand the organization's campaign and build a durable fundraising pipeline, ensuring reliable support for CPS partnerships
