About the Role: Client's Investment Management is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer to support ongoing video, podcast, photography, and digital content initiatives. As part of a small multimedia team, you will work closely with the content lead across the full production process, from recording and shooting through editing and final delivery. Editing will make up the majority of the day-to-day work, so the ideal candidate is a strong editor who can turn raw footage and audio into polished, engaging content with minimal oversight and often on quick timelines. At the same time, this is not a narrowly defined editing role. You should be comfortable stepping behind a camera, recording a podcast, photographing an event, working with on-camera talent, or helping solve whatever production need arises. The right candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, creative instincts, sound judgment, and a collaborative attitude. Over time, you will be trained across the broader multimedia operation with the goal of independently handling productions and providing coverage when the content lead is unavailable.
What You’ll Do:
  • Edit short- and long-form video including interviews, webinars, social content, event recaps, and other recurring multimedia projects
  • Record and edit podcasts and video podcasts, including audio cleanup, sequencing, mixing, and final delivery
  • Apply creative judgment to pacing, framing, sound, graphics, and storytelling while maintaining brand standards
  • Support and independently manage video productions including camera, lighting, audio, setup, and working with on-camera talent
  • Provide occasional photography and video coverage for headshots, events, interviews, and other business needs
  • Manage production logistics including job numbers, Wrike forms, project organization, file management, and version control
  • Work efficiently on quick-turn projects and respond professionally to stakeholder feedback and revisions

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
