In this role, you will support all facets of Ticket Sales for our Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.Your role on the team includes:Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly required activity goals, including time-blocked call campaigns to focus on the task in a fast-paced, fun environmentAs a sales expert, you will apply strategic training methods to sell the full menu of Player15 Group products, including but not limited to season memberships, group experiences, and premium productsBuilding relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhancing those relationships through face-to-face meetingsDiscovering leads by researching prospective clients within the metropolitan area and developing network referralsAchieving and exceeding individual monthly and annual goals set by the Manager of Inside SalesAttending all Phoenix Suns, plus select Phoenix Mercury home games and Mortgage Matchup Arena events, to leverage face-to-face meeting opportunities with prospective clients, assist with sales efforts through strategic sales table buy-now incentives, and conduct concourse intercepts throughout the gameAttending daily training and development sessions led by our leadership teamMaintaining accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM systemYour skills and experience include:1 year of sales experience (ticket sales, B2B, fundraising, or hospitality sales preferred)High-energy, self-motivated professional with a strong drive to generate revenue and exceed sales targetsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to engage with executives and high-value clienteleAbility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysCoachable, collaborative, and driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to individual and team successStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship buildingComfortable with cold calling, in-person meetings, and event hostingHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficient in Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office and CRM platformsStrong desire to grow a career in sports ticket sales and serviceThe team and experience at Player 15 Group includes:We believe great organizations are built by great people.
