Client Relations AssociateBG Horizon Inc. is looking for a motivated Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, setting goals, and being part of a competitive, team-focused environment. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers at partnered retail locations, represent our clients’ products and services, and support customer acquisition and promotional marketing campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations while working toward individual and team goals.
What You'll Do: Engage with customers and promote client products and services Support customer acquisition and promotional marketing campaigns Build strong customer relationships and create positive experiences Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated mindset Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who is coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working directly with customers High School Diploma or GED required Previous sales or marketing experience is not required
