About the role
To support global customer care initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst, Planning & Forecasting will manage headcount and hiring strategies, utilizing advanced business intelligence and predictive modeling to enhance guest experiences and optimize costs, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Workforce Management calls with external partners to align on staffing strategies and performance metrics
Develop optimized headcount and hiring plans that balance customer experience and operational efficiency
Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate staffing adjustments to Partner Managers
Required qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience in capacity planning or modeling
Two (2) years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including statistical and predictive models
High proficiency in SQL-based BI tools such as Micro Strategy, Alteryx, or Power BI
Working knowledge of Python for script modification and understanding
Expertise in communicating analytical findings to partners and executives
