Takeownershipofallcourtdeadlinesandinternaldeadlines, identifyingissuesbeforetheybecomeproblems, andensuringmatterscontinuemovingforwardefficiently.
Draft, review, andfinalizepleadings, motions, notices, discovery, financialaffidavits, parentingplans, maritalsettlementagreements, andotherfamilylawdocumentsforattorneyreview.
Analyze(notgather)financialrecords, supportingdocumentation, anddisclosurestoidentifyinconsistencies, organizeinformation, andassistattorneysincasepreparationandstrategy.
Coordinatehearings, mediations, discovery, courtfilings, andcasedeadlineswhilemaintainingorganized, complete, andcourt-readyfiles.
Communicateprofessionallyandeffectivelywithclients, opposingcounsel, judicialassistants, courtpersonnel, andthirdparties.
