About the role
TikTok USDS Joint Venture invites a Machine Learning Engineer - AI Safety to join the Data Governance and Assurance Engineering team. You will design guardrails and ensure the integrity of TikTok's GPAI and recommendation pipelines, building high-performance engines for real-time auditing and risk mitigation. You will implement governance‐as‐code, low‐latency safety filters, and observability to trace, audit, and enforce safety and compliance across production AI systems.
