About the role
Guiding the company's strategy across the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the full-time Senior Advisor for CMS Strategy will advise leadership on digital quality measurement, value-based care, and program integrity while building relationships within the CMS ecosystem in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Set and guide the company's vision for impactful approaches and solutions across CMS based on agency priorities
Advise leadership on CMS strategy and identify the strongest fit for the company's capabilities
Translate CMS policy direction and organizational changes into actionable implications for health and technology portfolio strategy
Required qualifications
10 or more years in federal health care, including senior leadership experience at CMS
Deep knowledge of CMS programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and quality programs
Advanced degree in public health, health policy, economics, public administration, law, or a related field preferred
Experience in building and maintaining relationships across the CMS ecosystem
Understanding of program integrity and payment innovation within CMS
