A well-established, growing financial services company in Austin, TX is looking to add a Senior HR Business Partner or an HR Business Partner to their team (level of the role depends on the person's experience).
SUMMARY: Will be a strategic advisor to company leaders and employees covering all things HR (i.e., employee relations, performance management, HR analytics, coaching, etc.) for around 300 of the company's employeesREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of strategic and broad HR Business Partner experience Experience providing HR support to a group of sales professionals and/or mortgage/lending professionals is strongly preferred Experience in the financial services, banking, credit union, or similar industry is a plus, but not required Proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience To apply, please visit: https://hrsearchpros.com/jobs ORCONTACT: Ralph Chapman
