Job Description: Position: Aerospace Sales and Account Manager
Location: City Of Sunrise, FL 33351
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm The Parts Salesperson plays a vital role in supporting customers by providing expert advice on parts, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring timely stock replenishment. This position involves direct interaction with customers via phone, email, and in person, with occasional local travel to suppliers or clients. Operating as an individual contributor within a small team, the Parts Salesperson must be detail-oriented and adept at managing inventory using basic software systems. NO COLD CALLING. All inbound leads.
Pay: Base salary $40,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) + commission Average sales reps are making between $120,000 - $150,000 with top reps making $250,000+Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, aircraft operators, brokers, and other aviation customers. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account growth. Respond to customer RFQs, prepare quotes, source aircraft parts, and provide solutions for time-sensitive and AOG requirements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements while maintaining company margins. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and services. Coordinate with purchasing, operations, quality, logistics, and repair teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate CRM records and stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, market pricing, and competitive activity. Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue, gross-profit, and business-development goals.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, business development, or aerospace industry experience preferred. Aerospace, aviation, aircraft parts, MRO, OEM, or aviation aftermarket experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, negotiate, and close business. Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation, organization, and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales/business-development tools. Ability to understand technical product information and translate customer requirements into effective solutions. Experience with RFQs, purchase orders, quotations, and international customers is a plus.
