- Provide guidance and support to analysts in conducting data analysis and reporting.

- Credit & Payments Analytics Oversight:
- Oversee analytics related to effectiveness and profitability of payments initiatives.
- Support reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the credit portfolio and payments business.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Ensure the team utilizes advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Finance, Marketing, Payments) to align analytics initiatives with business strategies.
- Work closely with external partners, such as TD Bank, to influence strategies that drive profitable growth and manage risk.
- Support decisions on payment initiatives to enhance acceptance rates, reduce tender fees, and mitigate fraud.
- Reporting & Insights Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights into the credit and payments business.
- Ensure analysts produce accurate and timely reports that inform senior management and support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and monitor partner performance reports, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and innovative mindset.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
