About the role

A growing organization is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join the team on a temporary basis. This role will provide day-to-day HR support across a variety of employee and administrative matters.
Who You Are:
  • You have 2-4 years of generalist HR experience
  • You have experience responding to employee questions and supporting managers with routine HR matters
  • You understand core HR policies, practices, and employment regulations
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing confidential information
  • You communicate effectively and know when sensitive or complex issues should be escalatedHR certification preferred
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions
  • Assist with documenting and addressing employee and workplace matters
  • Support performance management processes and related follow-upMaintain HR documentation and help ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Coordinate with other HR team members on employee programs and initiatives
  • Assist with HR projects, reporting, and other department priorities as needed

  • Employees and managers receive timely and helpful HR supportHR matters are documented accurately and escalated appropriately
  • Day-to-day processes remain organized and consistent
  • The broader HR team receives reliable support across changing priorities
Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour, based on experience
Location: Fully remote, USA (East Coast time zone)
