Hospital ClientFort Worth, TXJunior Project Manager50 - 55.00hr on W2Job Description SummaryThe Project Manager is a professional responsible for leading, planning, and executing infrastructure, application or other technology-focused projects. This role develops and applies expertise across multiple IT disciplines. Core duties include coordinating project teams, defining scope and schedule, managing changes, monitoring status, tracking risks and issues, communicating, and ensuring stakeholder alignment to deliver project goals successfully.This role will manage the IT build and delivery (infrastructure and applications) for new construction projects to include such tasks as participation in construction design sessions/OAC's, onsite walk-throughs, coordination of assessment of build work, working closely with construction project management team, general contractors, and approved vendors. Also, perform onsite coordination and support of go-live activities as needed.MINIMALLY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience3 years of direct project manager experience required.1 year of direct experience supporting construction projects required.EducationBachelor's degree required.Licensure, Registration, and/or CertificationPMP PreferredCall with manager Notes: Junior level PM - around 3 years direct experience (at least 1 yr experience in construction realm) Potential contract to hire or extension Do not require PMP certification Hybrid local - Tuesday + Wed certainly, with additional on-sites required Someone who has worked in Inforamtion Security and at least some experience working on construction (preferably in healthcare) Initially not involved heavily in West Tower work, but would eventually evolve into integrating Tech stack - Waterfall, growing a bit into agile Development team falls outside of PMO (more of an agile shop) ServiceNow live with SPM module (demand mgt, project management, project plans and tasks) MS shop, Workday (still maturing toward becoming a certified MS shop) Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
