Senior Manager, Valuations | Central New Jersey | Hybrid An established investment firm is looking to add an experienced professional to its growing Valuations team. This is a high-visibility opportunity within a collaborative team, offering exposure to a broad range of investment strategies and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.
The Opportunity:
Support valuation processes and financial analysis Build and review valuation models, including DCF and comparable company analyses Prepare materials for senior management and valuation committees Analyze performance, trends, and key valuation drivers Support valuation-related projects and process improvements Partner with internal teams, auditors, and third-party valuation providers Background:6+ years of experience in valuations, real estate, real assets, investment management, or a related field Strong financial modeling and valuation experience Familiarity with DCF and comparable company methodologies Knowledge of fair value principles and ASC 820 Strong analytical, communication, and project management skillsCFA or CPA a plusID: 50485
