About the role
Rentyl Resorts seeks a Corporate Director of Rooms to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple resort destinations. You will own Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and related guest-facing operations, driving service excellence and brand standards. You will collaborate with General Managers and corporate teams to optimize occupancy, labor, and guest experience, while guiding pre-opening, conversions, and expansions across the portfolio.
