brooklynONEproductions is looking for a Part-Time Operations Coordinator to join ourgrowing team. brooklynONEproductions (bkONE) was founded in 2006 by Tom Kane and Anthony Marino as ahaven for emerging artists. Based in the heart of Brooklyn, the companydevelops bold, innovative, and experimental performances - from original worksto reimagined classics - spanning theatre, film, music, mixed media, and more.
The company: 's permanent home, the Tom Kane Theatre, is an intimate blackbox-style performance space at the center of a thriving arts community in Industry City. bkONE maintains strong ties to its Brooklyn roots and remainscommitted to fostering collaboration, supporting artists of all ages andexperience levels, and expanding access to transformative performanceexperiences throughout NYC and beyond. Aswe continue to expand our programming, partnerships, and impact, we're lookingfor someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping anarts organization thrive behind the scenes. The Operations Coordinator role will serve as a key person of the organization, supporting areas including: • Financial tracking and reporting • Payroll administration • Budget management • Board reporting • Operational systems and organization
Location: Industry City, Brooklyn(Hybrid) Part-Time -Approximately 20 hours per week $20/hour We'reespecially interested in candidates with experience in nonprofitadministration, office operations, bookkeeping, payroll, or financialcoordination who enjoy creating organized systems that help creative teamssucceed.
