Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Outbound prospecting with leads.
Requirements
Sales experience preferred
People-oriented
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.
