Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in the assembly and packaging of products according to specifications. Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in training and development programs as required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. You should be proficient in: Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Experience Inventory Management & Control Packaging Experience
