You attend to customer needs, collaborate with colleagues and support the achievement of store goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for working with the team on customer orientation with the goal of achieving an improved experience. PROFILELeads and inspires the team, with extensive knowledge of the factors that impact the in-store customer experience. Demonstrates a strong ability to train and communicate in an efficient and assertive manner. Is interested in and knowledgeable about the product line, fashion trends and competitors in the local retail market. PEOPLEDetects staff development needs within the customer service area and proposes training opportunities together with other store managers. Organises and executes planned training for store staff. Is responsible for onboarding new hires and providing onboarding training, ensuring a customer-focused approach from the first day of the job. Transfers all the basic and necessary knowledge required for team members to perform their duties in the store. Organises and supervises the quality of Journal and Premier Vision training. Ensures Feel project implementation. Serves as the General Manager’s main support for the Experience programme. CUSTOMEROffers customers specialised assistance by identifying and adapting to their needs using strong knowledge of fashion and styling. Proposes new strategies for improving customer service within the interaction and experience areas. Continuously supervises the customer service provided by the team and uses feedback as the primary tool for continuous improvement. Motivates the team to foster a positive customer service attitude. TOOLSIs responsible for the effective use of iPods as a customer experience support tool, including orders and access to product information for customers. Uses analytics tools, including Store Map - Customer and Customer PowerBI, and tracks KPIs to improve the customer experience.
