About the role

What we're looking for: A growing, high-touch US-based digital marketing agency is hiring a Paid Search Strategist to own Google Ads strategy across e-commerce and lead generation clients. The agency's edge is strategic thinking, and its strategists and media buyers own client relationships directly. If you love pairing hands-on platform work with real business impact, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing: Own paid search strategy and campaign management on Google Ads for a mix of e-commerce and lead generation clients. Lead client conversations, presenting strategy and performance clearly and confidently. Go beyond platform data, using ideas like incrementality to connect results to business goals. Plan and run conversion rate tests, then turn the learnings into action. Collaborate with the paid search, paid social, and creative teams to shape channel strategy. Support and mentor teammates as the department grows.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of agency experience in paid search performance marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4). Strong communication skills and an open, collaborative approach to solving problems. Experience using AI tools to support your work, with strategic thinking always leading the way.
Nice to Have: Experience with Triple Whale or Northbeam. Familiarity with additional platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit. Background with DTC, CPG, health and wellness, or appointment-based local service clients. Familiarity with heat mapping tools. 15 days of Paid Time Off + all major US holidays + unlimited sick days. Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance. 401K with employer match. CST working hours, with flexibility around pre-scheduled events and absences. Annual raises based on performance. 10% commission on the first year of billings for all new clients brought into the agency.
Notes: *You are applying to work with an international company. Make sure your CV is in English, otherwise your application can't be considered. *We consider candidates from all around the US. *If you don't have a formal portfolio, please share a Drive with various samples of your work.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
