Office Administrator 6 Month Contract / Contract to Hire $24.00 - $26.00per hour (W2) Monday Friday (08:00am 4:00pm) Cleveland, Ohio Are you an Office Administrator looking for an immediately available 6 month contract role with the view to go permanent for a market leading manufacturing company? My client is a manufacture of products that are used in Aerospace, Army, Energy & other sectors, due to an increase in their workload they are now looking for a Office Administrator to work within the Human Resource team As an Office Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the office whilst ensuring that all Administrative tasks are carried out on-time. This role would suit an Office Administrator that is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role that will move into direct hire role for the right person. The Role: Meeting & Greeting of Visitors Working with & managing suppliers Working with the senior leadership team to book travel arrangements, arrange meetings and much more. The Person: Office Administrator Prior experience working with Microsoft Office specifically Word & Excel Living within the Ohio area and looking for an immediately available contract to hire role
