Role: Principal Test Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years | Bachelor's in EE/ECE/EET preferred.
Work Location:
Onsite – Tempe, AZ (occasional travel to Lafayette, CO).Domain: Medical Device / Manufacturing Test Systems Top 3 Required Skills:1. Manufacturing Test Engineering & Test Application Development 2. LabVIEW, Test Stand, and test instrument integration 3. Manufacturing test requirements, methodologies, verification & validation Must-Have Skills:• Manufacturing Test Engineer / Test Development Engineer background• LabVIEW & Test Stand• Verification & Validation (V&V)• Test methodology development• MSA, Gauge R&R, uncertainty analysis• URS/SRS development• Instrument integration
Nice-to-Have:
• Optical measurements, LED characterization• Spectroscopy, optical sensors, photonics• MATLAB• Experience translating R&D test methods into manufacturing environments. Desired Experience Profile: Manufacturing Test Engineering and Test Application Development LabVIEW, Test Stand, MATLAB, and instrument integration Test methodology development, measurement system analysis (MSA), Gauge R&R, and uncertainty analysis Development of manufacturing test limits, guard bands, and validation strategies Requirements definition, URS/SRS development, verification, and validation.
