Protect Some of America's Greatest Museums Art Sentry is a 25-year-old technology company whose software and technology help protect priceless works of art at many of the nation’s leading museums. Our technology plays a critical role in safeguarding some of the world’s most valuable cultural treasures. We're looking for a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This is a hands-on position where you'll work across technical support, software testing, server configuration, hardware deployment, shipping, procurement, and customer operations. As your skills grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility across support, systems administration, testing, and operations. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new technology, and taking ownership of your work, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while building your technical career. After an initial 90-day training period, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.
What You’ll Do: Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues Test software releases and document results before deployment Configure and stage servers and hardware for customer installations Prepare systems for deployment and verify quality before shipment Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement Document work accurately and maintain organized records Identify issues proactively and drive tasks through completion Collaborate with our development team to identify, troubleshoot, and validate software improvements

What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical problems methodically and independently Experience supporting Windows-based systems Working knowledge of Linux (command line, file system, networking basics)Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality Excellent written and verbal communication Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without reminders Comfortable working directly with customers over the phone and remotely Nice to Have Server hardware experience Git & Ansible experience Software testing or QA experience Experience with shipping, inventory, or procurement CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications
