About the role

Clare Public Schools is seeking candidates for a full-time, per-assignment role. The base rate is $22.50 per hour, with salary commensurate with experience and qualifications as determined by the Superintendent. The assignment is governed by an individual contract. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related fields and have experience with trauma-informed practices, child development knowledge, and strong communication skills with parents, staff, and students.
