About the role

Overview In this role, you drive data convergence within Digital Risk Protection and lead the technical delivery of scalable data pipelines. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Malicious Sites, Identity, and Surface Web, and shape data ingestion into the DRP systems and the Intelligence Graph. You’ll build tools and APIs to access analytics, interpret digital risk patterns, and guide DRP initiatives from planning through execution. This is a mission-focused, impact-driven senior position in a fast-growing intelligence company. Compensation / Benefitsincentive compensationequitymedicaldentalvisionlife insurance and 401K Responsibilities Identify and own technical solutions for data convergence across DRP systems and streams Mentor direct reports to elevate team performance Collaborate with Malicious Sites, Identity, and Surface Web teams to ingest risk data into DRP and the Intelligence Graph Develop, productize, monitor, and maintain DRP data pipelines at scale Build tools and REST APIs to access data and analytics from DRP and Intelligence Graph Analyze patterns in digital risk data to inform business decisions Create technical project plans and drive DRP initiatives with Product and other developers Key requirements 5+ years of Python programming 3+ years with message buses (Kafka, RabbitMQ), MongoDB, graph databases (AWS Neptune/Neo 4j), cloud tools, and Elasticsearch Experience with orchestration tools (Argo CD, Kubernetes, Prefect)AI approaches and productizing flagship LLM output Developing REST APIs with Python frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI)Architecting and delivering production-grade applications and ETL/ELT pipelines Applying statistical techniques to derive insights Leadership experience Strong stakeholder communication across geographies/timezones Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent Eagerness to learn and teach new skills Proven success in leading high-impact projects Excellent problem solving and attention to detail Leadership experience Strong written and verbal communication Stakeholder management across geographies Python Kafka/RabbitMQMongoDB
