About the role

Transformcap is seeking a Staff Provider to join a remote team delivering rapid-access intakes and ongoing medical support for Groups members. You will work with experienced providers, counselors, and support staff to ensure member safety and engagement through telemedicine. The role includes initiation and maintenance of MAT, collaboration with colleagues, and coverage as needed. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with a salary of $105,810 annually.
