Overview In this role you will design and deliver scalable, secure software solutions within JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial & Investment Bank. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive total rewards packagebase salary with possible incentive compensationcomprehensive health care coverageretirement savings plantuition reimbursementmental health support Responsibilities Execute, design, and troubleshoot software solutions beyond routine approaches Produce secure, high-quality production code and maintain related algorithms Leverage enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and secure coding Utilize SDLC tools including AI-assisted development to enhance automation value Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure constraints are met Analyze large, diverse data sets to support continuous improvement of applications and systems Identify hidden data patterns to drive improvements in code hygiene and system architecture Key requirements Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts 3+ years of applied software engineering experience Hands-on experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and ability to validate AI outputs Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, secure handling of inputs/outputs Solid grasp of agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security)Documentation and execution of test scenarios using Business Driven Development (e.g., Gherkin)Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage testing tasks to tight deadlines Strong organizational skills for critical testing taskscollaboration with cross-functional teamsproactive problem solvingattention to detail under tight deadlinesAI-assisted development toolsCI/CDsecure coding practices
