About the role
Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Technology Architect (AI, SAP EWM, & Automation) to support our Consumer Products business. In this senior individual contributor role, you will shape the architecture and long-term direction of Warehousing and Logistics solutions and technologies using at the core SAP EWM and adjacent warehousing and logistics applications and technologies. You will partner with business, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT leaders to collaborate on, challenge assumptions and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that allow us to execute on end-to-end Supply Chain strategies.
This role may travel domestically up to 10% or as needed.

Location:
This role is based at our Georgia-Pacific headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, where you will enjoy a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office per week).
What You Will Do:
Influence and implement the end-to-end architecture and long-term roadmap for warehousing and logistics solutions, aligning decisions across warehouse execution, supply chain, manufacturing, and transportation
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning capabilities, and translate opportunities into scalable solutions that advance business outcomes and team effectiveness
Partner with business, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT leaders to understand priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate operational needs into solutions that deliver measurable value
Provide architectural direction across SAP EWM and adjacent warehousing and logistics technologies, determining when standard SAP capabilities, extensions, third-party platforms, or custom solutions provide the strongest business advantage
Lead analysis of complex business requirements, define functional and technical options, and guide cross-functional teams toward effective end-to-end warehousing and logistics designs
Provide technical leadership for complex production issues, partnering with users and support teams to restore service, identify root causes, and improve long-term solution reliabilityWho You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience assessing AI and machine learning opportunities in ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, or warehousing environments and determining where they can create business value
Proven experience architecting, implementing, and supporting end-to-end SAP EWM solutions, including configuration, warehouse execution, core integrations, and design ownership
Extensive functional and technical SAP EWM experience integrating warehouse automation, material flow systems, labor or yard management solutions, carrier systems, or transportation platforms
Experience in end-to-end warehousing and logistics processes and their connections to supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, transportation, and warehouse automation systemsWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in the consumer products industry
