About the role

Leola Construction is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our residential shell division in the Tampa Bay area. You will manage custom shell packages from site prep through framing, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work meets schedule, budget, and code requirements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in residential shell construction, strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills, and a proven ability to drive complex projects with builders and engineers.
